Terms and conditions


Wherever used here in, the term “Equipment” shall include any equipment rented from The Adventure Spot.

The customer «Customer» renting Equipment from The Adventure Spot does so under the following terms and conditions:

If you are under the age of 18, you cannot place order. By accepting this Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of 18.

Payment Terms

The full balance for the rental amount has to be paid via payment link after booking form submitted and presenting photo of Customer’s ID or Passport. For details on how The Adventure Spot uses this information please refer to The Adventure Spot privacy policy.

The payments for rental services can be made via: credit card, ACH Direct Debit, bank transfer, Google pay and Apple Pay or other global payment method, such as EPS, iDEAL, and WeChat Pay.

Rented Equipment

The Customer receives the Equipment in a good technical, safe and clean condition.
The Customer checks this condition and confirms it upon receipt from The Adventure Spot.
The Equipment must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
The Customer is obliged to take good care of the Equipment taking all precautions necessary to protect the rented Equipment from damages, loss or robbery.
At the end of the rental period a representative of The Adventure Spot will determine the condition of the rental equipment and if necessary, evaluate any losses or damages occurred.
Damaged parts or components will be repaired/replaced at the The Adventure Spot.
The Customer should agree to pay the regular fee for components replaced.

Loss or theft of a Equipment

If you lose rental Equipment or it is stolen during the rental period, please contact The Adventure Spot immediately +971 56 416 03 05.
.
If the loss or theft occurred due to the Customer’s negligence, such as leaving Equipment unattended.The Adventure Spot reserves the right to charge up to the full retail value, including the rental fees already paid.

Accidents

If you get involved in an accident while using the rental Equipment, please report the time, place, cause, and circumstances of the accident to The Adventure Spot.
If necessary, you must also contact the police or carry out any other actions stipulated by law.
The Adventure Spot will assume no responsibility for the accident. If the accident makes it necessary to start an out-of-court mediation process etc., it will be done on the Customer’s sole responsibility.
In addition, regardless of the above, The Adventure Spot may claim compensation from the Customer for all damages, even including damages that The Adventure Spot has had to compensate to a third party.

Prohibited acts

When using our rental Equipment, the following things are forbidden:

1) Drunk or reckless driving, or any other violation of traffic regulations.
2) Using the Equipment in dangerous or unsuitable locations.
3) Modification of the Equipment or its accessories, or otherwise changing them from their current state.


Delivery and collection

Delivery and collection service is subject to approval by The Adventure Spot.

Subleasing prohibited

Customer understands and agrees that any subleasing of rental equipment is prohibited and that any such sublease shall immediately cause termination and cancellation .

Cancellation

Any such cancellation must be made by 9 PM (GMT+4,Dubai time) on the day before the reservation date. Cancellations made later than that will be charged 100% of the rental booking price with rental deposit refunded.

Late return Fee
An additional day’s rental fee will be charged for each day the customer keeps equipment after the return date specified on this contract.

PRIVACY POLICY


We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy (“Policy”).

This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide (“Personal Information”) on the theadventurespot.ae website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that Personal Information. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

Our top priority is customer data security and, as such, we exercise the no logs policy. We may process only minimal user data, only as much as it is absolutely necessary to maintain the Website and Services. Information collected automatically is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding the usage and traffic of the Website and Services.
